Leo Sharashkin is a natural beekeeper in the Ozark Mountains.  He makes/sells Layens horizontal hives and all the equipment needed to run them.  His books are fabulous and his weekend course on managing Layens is apparently awesome.

Gunther Hauk (author, teacher, gardener and beekeeper for over 40 years) has established a biodynamic honeybee sanctuary with his wife Vivian in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Floyd, Virginia, USA.  There he keeps bees naturally and supports them using Rudolf Steiner's biodynamic practices.  You can take many courses there or online and learn a gentle and respectful way of working in harmony with honeybees.  Courses are also available on zoom from Alex Tuchman.  He does a great job of explaining the concepts well with lots of diagrams and models of hives.

They also sells seed packages with plants he believes to support the bees' immune systems.
