RESOURCES

Many new folks are entering beekeeping and the bees welcome your help.

There is so much to learn, so I suggest to new beekeepers that this is a JOURNEY.

Its a journey of love and compassion to help an insect that gives it's life to help humanity.

You might consider pondering this question though:

WHAT KIND OF BEEKEEPER DO YOU WANT TO BE?

Commercial? Small operation? Pollination specialist? Queen breeder? Hobby? Just a few hives? Want a bit of honey? Bee-centered? Treatment free? Organic? Natural?

You may not be able to answer this right away......but just tuck it into the back of your mind and let is gestate. This answer will make itself known over time.

This website is really designed for those who focus on bee health using methods that are as natural as possible.

So where might you begin?

Well, according to Tom Seeley (a world renown bee researcher), start by learning how bees live in the wild, in their natural home.

If we can mimic that life as best we can, bees will survive, thrive and even be happy.

I will post up information that I have found over the years to help you understand how bees live naturally and suggested readings/you tubes/websites of how we can work in sacred partnership with the bees.

Enjoy the journey.
